Brainery acts as a digital learning consultant and facilitator for students seeking education through the Board of Open Schooling & Skill Education (BOSSE), Sikkim. Our services include:

Providing digital learning materials upon request from students.

Assisting with consultation, admission counseling, and fee collection.

Shipping migration certificates and marksheets after issuance by BOSSE.

2. Limited Scope of Services

Brainery does not conduct examinations, issue marksheets, or certify academic achievements. All educational certifications, including marksheets and migration certificates, are issued by BOSSE. Brainery is not responsible for any delays or changes in BOSSE’s policies or procedures.

3. Student Responsibilities

By enrolling through Brainery, students agree to:

Provide accurate personal and academic details for admission purposes.

Pay the applicable consultation, admission counseling, and processing fees.

Comply with the rules and regulations set forth by BOSSE.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees collected by Brainery pertain to consultation, admission counseling, and processing. The fees do not cover tuition or examination charges, which are determined by BOSSE. Payments made to Brainery are non-refundable except in cases of proven administrative errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery of Documents

Brainery facilitates the shipping of migration certificates and marksheets once BOSSE issues them. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided by students.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Brainery is not responsible for:

Changes in BOSSE’s academic policies, syllabus, or examination schedules.

Non-issuance or delays in issuance of marksheets and migration certificates by BOSSE.

Any misrepresentation of information provided by students during enrollment.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital learning materials provided by Brainery are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Services

Brainery reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any student found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

9. Amendments

Brainery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
