Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Brainery, all learning, exams, and support services are conducted entirely online. Students can access classes, study materials, assignments, and exams through our digital platform, eliminating the need for any physical delivery during the course duration.

Delivery of Marksheets:
 

• We only ship physical marksheets once a student has successfully completed their 10th or 12th board examination through Brainery.

• The marksheet will be issued by BOSSE (Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education), Sikkim, and is valid for jobs, college admissions, and government exams across India.

• Shipping is done via a trusted courier service to the residential address provided by the student at the time of admission or completion.

• Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days after the official announcement of results.

• Brainery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address submissions or unforeseen courier service disruptions.
