Cancellation and Refund
Brainery Distance School strives to provide high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations:
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available under the following specific circumstances:

Admission Process Not Started: If the formal admission process for your chosen program has not yet begun, and you wish to withdraw, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

Admission Process Delayed (Our Fault): If the start of your program is significantly delayed due to circumstances within Brainery's control, and you choose not to wait for the program to begin, you are eligible for a full refund.

Admission Process Delayed (Board's Fault): If the start of your program is significantly delayed due to circumstances outside of Brainery's control (e.g., delays from the Board of Secondary Education, Sikkim - BOSSE), and you choose not to wait, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Ineligibility:
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Admission Completed: Once the formal admission process for your chosen program is complete, including the acceptance of your application and enrollment in the program, no refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, receiving course materials, accessing the online learning platform, or attending any classes (online or otherwise).

Withdrawal After Program Start: If you withdraw from the program after it has officially started, no refund will be issued.

Failure to Notify: Failure to notify Brainery in writing of your intention to withdraw before the admission process is complete will result in forfeiture of any potential refund.

Disciplinary Reasons: Students who are dismissed from the program due to disciplinary reasons are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to contact@brainery.in clearly stating your reason for withdrawal and including your full name, student ID, and contact information. Refund requests must be received within the eligible timeframe as outlined above.
Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed within 2 - 5 business days and credited back to the original payment method used.
Changes to this Refund Policy:
Brainery Distance School reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
